Randy Rowe is the chairman of Green Courte Partners, based in Chicago. He is the incoming chair of the new Technology and Real Estate Council, is a ULI Global Governing Trustee, a ULI Foundation Governor, and is a member of the ULI Global Board of Directors.

Kelly Nagel is vice president of Aimco Apartment Homes based in Bethesda, Maryland. She serves on the ULI NEXT Executive Steering Committee and is a member of the Urban Development/Mixed-Use Council. She is also a member of the ULI Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee and a former member of the global WLI Executive Steering Committee.
